[stc] Opera Paris

This is the fictional Opera Paris track from the Gran Turismo 4 game. Really intended for rally and general cars but can be raced with any car.

Needs only a bit more polish and sharpening with the Lmap and object placement. Other than that I'd say a very nice layout and concept, keep at it!
