Maybe it's a part of small highway? Or Very huge buses parking there (just look at object with boats) ; D In general this is much better than ur previous track ;]

The track layout itself is good, but the map is over-stuffed by roads, part of them could be replaced by more interesting objects. And some more details would be welcomed too (sidewalks, zebras etc.). 3,7/5.
