In March 2015 'Ms-City 12' was newly created in accordance with the land readjustment project; therefore, there are twenty blocks in the 12 district of Ms-City today..

As always, the repeated square-blocks city.

Good looking track, but I think it has potential for more interesting layout (incl. some AI line crossing).
