[tpk] Rally Svedna

Decided to make a track in a while after watching a video of crazy Russians ice racing.

The Rally Svedna is the mastery of 3 disciplines of rally
-The Dirt Course
-The Ice Lake
-The Oval
and of course the whole thing put together

I can give you an (another...) advice. Before commenting - download and test. Because if you would have done it, you would know, that there IS an oval version.

Congrats, Cam, nice tracks. Maybe not your best by textures or other ''style'' things, but enough nice. And very challenging, original and inspirational project.
