Hmm, I think I've seen the boat model years ago in RSC, though without the driver head. File has been gone long and I no idea who made it.

Anyway, the problem I feel with all these boats and boat tracks is they aren't based off the same water level, making certain boat tracks incompatible with each other, and I don't want to have to split my tracks even more than I do now. With mine I based the elevation off Strava's boats(water level 40), who's I consider to be 'the' classic boats.
Becuase I was the one who made it, and I still have it. Probably, but then we'd also have to set fixed dimensions for everything else as well.

My consideration about Water level
Water level=+1 ---> Y= roughly +0.07 (the physics of the car editer)
But I made this boat's Y=1.5 to Water level=15. Because the surface of the water disappears a thin part(s) of a polygon(s). (on parallel the polygon(s) of the surface of the water.) So it was the height(Y) that didn't disappear the polygon.
The Y of Model: Y=0 ---> The base lebel. (it's on the ground.)
The Size Y of physics: It makes the body(Model) move up (or down) from the base level.
BUT when if the body location is TOO high, that's unstable. For example, the size Y=6, its boat overturns!!
BTW, I find the cars which are often buried in the ground at GeneRally websites. (A body is buried by the editer, but the tires are not buried..)
The zip is the boat and track(s) for Water level plus 30 in case of.
It'll be more unstable than the boat of plus 15.
And the base level of this test track is 148, and Water level is 178.
You should nspect it..
