[for] FIA Formula 1 2011 Season X cars

Post by Genetleman »

The FIA Formula 1 2011 season is already running but I did not have the time yet to update the pack. :sorry:
Now I have finally made a start and will post the cars here, please feel free to comment so that I can optimise the values over the pack.
These cars are supposed to perform very well, great downforce and good speed, still some accelleration needed to force you to get tight corners well so don't expect any wonders.

The physics are good, but the McLaren's grey is too light, and the wings are too wide in my opinion.

Hi Andrew, ok will try to find a better silver, I agree it is not the perfect match but I always found the grey I used before too dark, perhaps there is something I did not trial yet.
Do you mean both the front and the rear wing?

Oh no, bad physics.
The steering is too well and the car are too slow. (I tested red bull only).

And there are to long, i think.

Really? Hmmm... these are two quite contradictive opinions then...

Uploading the Lotus...

Again about the driving: You will see that these cars hardly ever oversteer, I think this is a good challenge as you need to be pretty careful with steering because you cannot drift through the corners, I kinda like it as it is Formula-1-ish
