Car 12: Perodua Alza. A cheap and not-so-cheerful small MPV, it's just a rebadged Toyota Passo Sette, fitted with the 1.5 litre in-line 4 from a Toyota Avanza, detuned to 102 hp. It has a Performance Index value of 273.

Its 848 cc, 40 hp in-line 4 engine is about as powerful as you'd rationally want in a car this unstable. It can be registered, insured and taxed as a motorcycle in the UK!
