I presume you mean the latest version of the Octavia?

I was watching today team timetrial and there was Skoda Superb instead of new octavia.

Well Superb is fine. However not all service cars are Skoda during the TDF, but I proposed for any Skoda model since Skoda are the official Tour de France partners
Why not the car be Superb Estate(all service cars are estate). Which leads me to another suggestion - creating every single service car, which is used by the 22 teams.

Hi. Welcome in the forum You can search in Game addons -> Cars for this  [oth] [tou] Fictional cars / GeneRalish design cars / WRC  or for any big Lukeno's pack. Sorry, that i didnt added links. I have very limited internet browser on PS3

Nope. You just have to look on the cars page for the type of cars you would like, and download the zips. The .car files sometimes have only one or a few cars in them (most common case), but some (such as pretty much all of Lukeno94's packs) have a lot of cars in them. Basically, just go download whatever type of cars make you happy, and put them in the cars folder. When your collectiin gets big (you usually don't want to have every .car file installed at once, as it makes the car selection dropdown huge and hard to navagate), you may want to check out the utilities forum for the car manager. It's a nice, simpke tool to use to create your own sets of cars that you cam select whem you feel like driving a certain kind of car.

If I can mention a single request, then ADAC GT Masters, please. Basically it's a collaboration between ADAC and SRO focused on GT3, it has quite interesting field IMHO in last 3 seasons.

I think it'll be great if someone makes the 2013 MotoGP, Moto 2 and Moto 3 carset.

This is the 2012 carset. I could make the liveries, but unfortunately the author hasn't been active for a long time and I can't release it without his permission.
