From the start menu icon, I would say Linux but I think it's rather some vista with some kind of skin :)

It is Windows 7 with Aston Shell (Still runs on 7 :D ).

OK, here comes mine. And as I have a small screen, I may even post it here! :D (800×480 resolution is kinda small, isn't it? :D)

My laptop (Sony VGN-AW11Z) has a 17,4 inch screen and native resolution of 1920 X 1080.

My desktop is hard to capture ;) :D
I am using Stardock Deskscapes and so am having animated wallpapers...

At the moment it looks like this:
