It wasn't working because I forgot to change the album to public.

Meanwhile, I have added the link to your presents to the first post.

EDIT:
So it was 2012. Time goes past very quickly. This is what I'm talking about :inquisition:

The 2012 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on Maciej's Albert Park Circuit was your first ever PGR F1 Grand Prix, and the first ever Grand Prix of a driver from the Czech Republic. You were the only McLaren driver at that event and started in 15th. Your final result was a 19th place out of 22 classified drivers.

Your best ever race result is a 17th place out of 20 classified drivers at Montréal, Canada in 2015. Your average race result is 18th out of 5 attempts (4 in 2012 plus 1 in 2015).
Your best ever qualifying result is a 12th place out of 18 classified drivers at Greater Noida, India in 2012. Your average qualifying result is 14th out of 4 attempts (3 in 2012 plus 1 in 2015).
Over your career you accumulated 0 points.
You are 2-2 against your teammates, losing out to Gera at Montréal in 2012 in both qualifying and race. Coincidently, you outqualified and outraced Gzehoo at Montréal in 2015.
You never competed at the same event with your other teammate at McLaren in 2012, Lukeno94.

Please check the first post for information. There will be more information on both Grands Prix and a quick guide on how to do Qualifying.

We strongly recommend reading the official Sporting Regulations. You can find them here.

@Rudy is the PGR stats database still up somewhere? I'd like to check out historic results of the original events.

Our website is not online. But you can click on the "historic GP thread" images in my last post. You are linked to Planetgenerally.de and you will find the results and replays in Majortom's posts.

I might feature historic results more prominently in the next few weeks. At the very least they are going to count towards PGR F1 CLASSICS results. But I have got the impression that - for whatever reason - GeneRally 1.2c produces slightly better lap times than the original 1.05.

Thanks, I didn't notice those links among other images.

That is to say that my 13,66 at Reims is not impressive anymore? Anyway, an interesting finding, worth investigating.

Of course I can be wrong, it's very possible that my own performances in Reims 2009 and Stockholm 2010 were relatively underwhelming. But that doesn't take away from the fact that 13.66 at Reims is still a very good lap time.

Speaking of the old results, I have added the historic top 3 to my post.

Congratulations

10 years later, and it's not Majortom who is quickest in Qualifying. The pole sitter of 2009 does improve his time but can't climb higher than 4th. XYY returns with Toro Rosso and finds more than 3 tenths over his old time (13.95), he is 3rd. And finally, Rudy is 0.22 seconds faster than last time (13.76) and secures the best spot on the grid thanks to a great exit from the final corner.

The gaps between P2 and P6 are really small. Lorenzo finds himself in the middle of the pack, only one hundredth of a second in front of Red Bull' s Nolb. The German makes an impressive return in 6th, a long time after his last PGR F1 Grand Prix back in 2011. Kaiserkoenig and GR Driver are closely matched - a pattern that can be seen in Stockholm as well.

Scholl - he is called Stefan in the replay - is 9th. PGR F1 Classics is the first ever event for the German track master. Great to see him around. Also great, and a bit surprising, is FRUKIScze's ride in the Ferrari. He puts his car in 2nd, 8 hundredths behind the pole sitter.

The top 6 were faster than 2009 pole sitter Majortom. For whatever reason, it seems like GeneRally 1.2c produces better lap times than 1.05 that we used back in 2009.

Grid positions

Take a look at the first table. You can find your individual grid position inside the red square at the end of the row. Nolb, Kaiserkoenig, GR Driver and Scholl all start from 6th position and behind all 5 AI drivers.

Feel free to use Savegame Reader to adjust grid positions and reaction times. To do so, just save your race before the lights go out. Open Savegame Reader, pick your savegame and click on the button "Starting Order". Make your adjustments, press "save" and return to the game.

And don't forget about the settings!

You have kept it out of the gravel traps

Only 8 drivers kept all four wheels on track at least once during their 6 laps of Qualifying. Unfortunately, Nolb didn't make it before the deadline. The 2010 cars were noticeably faster and more difficult to drive than their predecessors. Consequently, the field spreads noticeably wider than in Reims.

FRUKIScze can't repeat his stellar performance from Reims. His Ferrari was packed with fuel, a huge disadvantage through the fast and flowing bends of Stockholm Circuit. Scholl's time feels more competitive, he is 7th.

Kaiserkoenig beats GR Driver, this time by the tiniest of margins. His reward is 5th on the grid. Both drivers weren't around when the historic Grand Prix took place, but their performance would have placed them 8th and 9th, respectively.

XYY improves on his 16.11 from 2010, but that wouldn't have changed his historic result at all. This time around, the German hot lap specialist is 4th. The one driver who did not improve is Majortom. In fact he is 6 hundredths slower than 9 years ago when he started 2nd.

The fight for pole position is between Rudy and Lorenzo. The latter beats Ruuni's old lap record by 2 hundredths of a second, but that's not enough. Rudy wants to prove that his bad qualifying (5th) at Stockholm 2009 was only a fluke and clinches pole position.

Grid positions

First off all, don't forget about the settings!

If you take a look at the upper table. You can find your individual grid position inside the red square at the end of the row. GR Driver, Scholl and FRUKIScze all start from 6th position and behind all 5 AI drivers.

Feel free to use Savegame Reader to adjust grid positions and reaction times. To do so, just save your race before the lights go out. Open Savegame Reader, pick your savegame and click on the button "Starting Order". Make your adjustments, press "save" and return to the game.

Don't worry if you are not going to start from the front row. Just take a look at what Williams driver Dany was capable of back in 2010.

Oh, a sneaky powerslide on the last corner.

My lap at Stockholm could have been much faster but these car and its bizarre behaviour on kerbs put me off very effectively. Can't believe you managed to endure the entire season with these settings.

My best lap in testing was only 3 hundredths faster than what I sent in. And I don't think I could have been much faster, because these 2010 cars make it so hard to extract all of their potential. And the gravel traps are nerve-wrecking. I remember the German Grand Prix at Oschersleben early in the season that was won by Ruuni coming from 6th on the grid. That race I must have binned it at least 100 times before I completed a full distance with only one major mistake in the pit entry. Since then I have been lobbying different car physics, that finally came when Majortom and I were fully in charge one year later.

I could have been lucky with that lap but I only did a handful of sub-16 laps playing around 20 minutes overall, this car surely has potential for low 15s but it is really hard to achieve. Honestly I've lost interest in hunting lap records a while ago, paying too much attention to beating TRs is very likely to make you hate that game :P this is no trackmania after all.

Hi APEX!

You're right, it's been a long time since your last PGR F1 event in Brazil 2011. 7 years and 258 days exactly. At Curitiba you were able to beat Happy412 for your only point in the Championship.

It's a shame that you couldn't take part in both qualifyings one week ago. According to our database, you're more successful over a hot lap as your 4th place at Montréal 2011 and the 6th place at Laguna Seca 2011, your debut in PGR F1, indicate.

Anyway, your grid position for Reims 2009 and Stockholm is 6th. Savegame Reader will help you to adjust your starting position. Or you could set the starting order to 'points, reversed', supposing you have selected yourself before the AI in the main menu.

⚠ Time penalties ⚠
 • At Reims, please do not cross the yellow line that separates the pit lane from the main straight. The AI does it right.
 • At Stockholm, please do not cross the white pit exit line.
Both offenses result in 3-second time penalties.
