[stc] Prodeezee

Post by AleksiNir »

I started this track after being inspired by BBA's Las Cruces, so I think I started this in last year's August or so. I had ran out of ideas, until one beautiful spring morning, when I was looking at my WIPs and all of a sudden I got many good ideas.
And now it is finished, after I started carrying through the ideas about one week ago. It's quite different from usual stc's, not that many buildings but lots of green :hippy:
The pit lane may seem a bit complicated, but the idea is to drive other half of the track again after your pit stop before new lap begins. You can see what the AIs do there.
Originally the track was anti-clockwise (and the pits were opposite to the grandstand), but I thought it's maybe a bit better clockwise. But it's fun in both directions so I included both. :cool2:
Anyway, I'm quite happy with the result, specially I think I did a great job with the AI lines :misch:

World size: 120
Track length: 355
Suggested car: Formula

Enjoy and leave a comment. And be careful with bottom right's corner's hmap :hide:

Yes, this has everything on TOP, Aleksi.

From global concept to every little detail - this it perfect, fresh and exciting. Finally after a time I see effort, where you pushed and moved your skill on next level. Congrats. :bg:

Looks great,

But why don't the road lines carry all the way around the circle?

It's nice to see you build other tracks than circuits, and this one also looks very nice
but the pit lane is just awful IMO :shake3: :star: :star: :star: :star: :exstar:

That's the best single thing in the track

Everything just fits nicely and small street tracks are always awesome.. Ai is hard though  . The 2nd version is actually the better one.

It looked a bit dumb when the lines were on the run-off so I removed them from there.

I like this detail very much too :D

Thanks everyone! :)
I don't understand what/why you don't like the pit lane, personally I like it a lot :-? Maybe you guys should be more open-minded to new ideas? :D

Anything else? :yummy:

Well, I won't say that this is perfect, just that there's nothing really bad...

I find the track a bit tight though...
