Did he post pirated material or is it his own work? :really:

Well, as far as I can see no-one has made Motorland Aragon for :gr: yet so I think this is a false accusation. The only other time I have heard about this track on this forum was when Gera requested it in the Real Life Track Request Thread.

This is not-changed W.I.P. Halama (for user GeneRally.pl - http://www.generally.pl/viewtopic.php?p=37701#p37701). Post from 23rd May.

Lorenzo may be right. I've seen preview of precisely same track in a post by Halama (I verified it now by searching it there) and AFAIK he haven't released it either here or there. I don't see in post post above or in trk comment any credits talking about him.

Have you a permission to release it or did he gave you the track for finishing, Scorpion, or has you any other explanation, please?

Edit: that's the post which Gera mentions too.

I don't say it's pirated or stolen. I'm just saying that it's not his work. Compare that track with the picture of Halama's recent WIP posted at our GRPL website:

http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/167/halama.png

Halama gave Scorpion permission of posting that track like it was a Scorpion's work, because he thought he would improve it, as he wasn't happy with the result. But Scorpion didn't include any improvement, just posted the track as it was when Halama showed us several months ago. I'm not accusing him of stealing someone's work, just to let you know it's not his. Look carefully at the border lines on tarmac or kerbs and you won't doubt anymore.

Based on your wording, technically this is acceptable. Could you provide us with an exact translation of what Halama said, or was it not said publicly?

Halama posted on GRPL his conversation with Scorpion. It's of course in Polish but I think that my translation below is understandable:

S: What's wiht your Aragorn?
H: Nothing.
S: When will you finish it?
H: I won't.
S: What? Why?
H: Hmmm... there is nothing to fix, I should begin doing it from nothing, it's not worth to finish because it's unfortunately too poor. But I won't to the same track again...
S: So, maybe you will give it to me and I will finish it?
H: Bad idea, it needs too much corrections.
S: Give it, give, give, I will finish and add it as a joint track.
H: If you want you can finish it, but don't give it as a joint track, because as I said there are many corrections to do.

Well, I've put this in my Halama folder based on what I've seen and read, rather than my Scorpion folder.

Anyway, it's very nice track. :bsmile: And it would be nice to see available all the layouts.

And if Halama thinks, that this one is completely wrong, I cannot wait to see his current WIPs, which more fit to his current personal measures of well-done track. :yummy:

And my thanks to Scorpion, who didn't leave it to be shelved. :bg:

I think he means this:

I don't love you.

Alex, Areen was just kinda slightly trolling Scorpion's English, he understands well the original, so the bit imperfect translation couldn't confuse him. :D ;)

And now back to topic, please. :)
