I don't like those blue track borders. Every corner I scare that I'm going to crash armco barrier or concrete wall, and then I realize that it's just the lmap. That makes the pitwall a bit invisible. Also, those huge concrete wall -filled areas looks a bit odd. And for me, the "sandtraps" are too way too small, and it could look better without those doublewalls near the grandstand. TV looks good but, eh... who's watching it :D And I think that the perspective is wrong in those bottom- left cars :scratch: Anyway, the layout is nice :bg:
And the story was whatever was the song what it was

I don't like the layout so much, but the POV is just sickening. View angles higher than 60 are an abomination, you should never even consider putting this blasphemy into your track.

Besides this you've made a solid track, but you still can improve the concrete wall placement and infield in general quite a lot :bg:

well, i had a problem with the PoV
under 60 --> all lmap objects (tv screen, heli) were looking bad
over 60 --> better :D

You should set PoV at the very beginning, then draw lmap objects later.

But you can't draw good lmap objects if you don't know the perspective :shhh:. That's why you can always adapt lmap to PoV, but inversely it is very hard, often impossible.

all in all, i like the track and i think the layout is not really boring
a nice little circuit

but, just as GeneSoumi complained those "ice borders" don not really look nice imho
and i think that not every turn needs one curb on the outsite of its entrance, one on the apex and one on the outsite of the exit
often the one on the apex is enough, sometimes you need one on the exit, but the one on the entrance is usually useless.
btw try to thin the curbs a bit (depending on the worldsize 1 or 2 pixels are often enough) and make the single color areas (black, yellow, ...) a bit longer -> just try it, i think it looks better but likely it's personal opinion =)

Hey zgr.
Nice layout on your track, I like to race it. At first i thought that the track was a bit narrow, but after a race with the AI (and probably because I won), the track was OK to race fullgrid. The only things I didn't like very much was the FOV as others mentioned (too far for my liking, but this is my opinion) and the pit entrance a bit narrow.
Congrats zgr!
