Track viewer doesn't work on window's XP

Track viewer doesn't work on window's XP

Does anyone know how to get the track viewer to work on window's XP because it keeps on giving me "Access Violation at address 000000002 Read of Address 000000002"

Wild guess, but what DirectX do you use? Maybe, this cause the problem. I have 9th and it works fine.
