The layout is lovely. :yummy:

But you have strange gift: to find worst place on track and place there pits. :D I recommend to place them elsewhere (on pics 3 options by blue line). :bg:

If this is for drifting, it's too narrow

@ GRF: The layout seems really good! (pic related with some advice).

@ Sutinen: The pitlane looks very "artistic". :flip:

No, the car looks like its drifting, but thats only because its light and powered.
IF you slide too much it slows down as it does in real life.

Yeah its my special pitlane
Im making north circuit right now. Its the north part of the circuit area. :trampo:
EDIT:
Heres the drift event version of north circuit:

@GRF:

i don't agree with all of Darjos suggestions. the white trackborders (small racingclubs don't have the bucks to paint stuff on their tarmac *g*), and the dirt on the track (that poor racingclub sold their brooms). also, i wouldn't smooth the hmap too much. otherwise you won't see the elevation changes.

you should maybe also create grass besides the pit, like you did it on the main road.

You should figure out a way to get close PoV, either moving the whole thing down then zooming or spinning it then zooming...

Yeah, I will do that.

Well, IMHO the concrete walls and blue sky are for looking at them and they are not for hiding them with POVs that are in your face...

Yes but it looks strange that you can see sand on the track only in one straight, and none in the other parts (external side of curves etc..). I would say: do it well or don't do it :shy:
I suggested to smooth hmap because that way it looks a bit unrealistic :(
You are right about lines, it's just a personal taste :flip:

I would join these stands into one grandstands. Also, I would remove those sunk tyres in pits and replace them with some nice pattern, like here, here or here. Starting boxes as well as pit boxes need some details. I think, that is a material for good track, like we have seen with Loopwoods. Keep up your good work and don't hesitate to ask about possible improvements here! Powodzenia!

yupp, only one sand straight. so you're right, that's indeed strange
painting some (dirt) cliffs would match the hmap.

Started yet another project... But so far, I got some so I'll just make the list of tracks I teased in this thread and tell how they're going...
THIS touge circuit was abandoned definitively (deleted).
San Colina was abandoned and someone released it...
Azpialt Well... :misch:
Mosport is on pause right now because I don't have access to the file; It's on another PC...
I got some historical pack going on too :hiya: It's based on a LAWN track but there I added some dithering and more things so I comes out that it has no link or so with LAWNs...

So, here's finally that preview... :D

This track was on hold since I was learning to exams. They will be in following three days. Next week is for presentations, but this isn't that important. So I'm back to work soon!

On this picture you can see a fast downhill righthander. In background there are esses with serious Hmap.

Also adding blurred overview of track.

If I would get a clear overview, I would see all the little things on the track, not just the layout...
Actually I see all the good things, like that awesome river! :trampo:

PoV is an abbrevation (if typed correctly) for Point of View.

In what XYY meant is that he didn't seem to like it though.

@Paw: Looking good, I like the layout. But I'd make the roads appearing in the other pic wider ;) Can't wait!

@TGF: Nice layouts but I guess you should use more imagination with the name

@Sutinen: POV is a term used outside trackmaking too.

no progress in my WIPs :shake:

Yeah, I will use a TE generated name I think... Long time I didn't do :D It was actually just for the good wealth of the layouts map
