It's back. And I hope you remember those simple rules. And I hope you still want to play. And I hope that someone will ask first question, becasue I have no idea for one.

Umm, no. For round I mean month with election, and some months in 2009 for example did not have any elections. As a small hint for the question, there's two of them.

Bleh, the answer to the question is September 05 and June 04. I guess everyone was too lazy to think about a new question, as this is very easy one :P
