[kar] Gokart Sport Vác

Post by zsoltbartok »

A new track, my first fullscreen and rwl in one!
Recently I discovered how much fun it is to drive the original gokart on short, narrow tracks. My plan was ready - I had to make a gokart track! And here it is!
GOKART SPORT VÁC
Vác is a Hungarian city where the track is located. Some details:
-there are two layouts, the old one and the new, slightly longer version.
-kerbs are oddly placed, I guess they are to widen the track for extra safety.
-designed for the original gokart, AI level max 100.
-...and don't get frustrated by the sunk tires! The original tire walls are worse!

^ Actually, did you forgot that Masa made a Go-Kart? :flower. Nice track btw, and I love to see Superkarts in the future.

Slightly OT, but I think I'm in love with Superkarts. It's more powerful and fierce than a normal one. That kart is a BEAST!!!
Y'all, I just woke up... what did I miss?

Yep, but it has almost original psysics
Great track, narrow and very "go-kart'ish" Maybe the kerbs should have more oil so racing line would be more realistic :yummy:

Thank you guys for the comments! I am happy that you like the track and that you also find kart racing fun!
You are probably right, a more powerful kart would be more challenging. I think the original kart, (and Masa's too), is best on very short and narrow (plus zoomed in) tracks with almost no straights because the kart is slow and the fun part is to go into corners and slide (and push others onto the walls :) ).
But my track had to have straights because I wanted to recreate the original rwl layout.
