Personally I would say, that's road circuit instead of street one, but anyway, it's maybe your best track.

from me 4,9/5 ( ) because too much leaf trees and to stereotypical grass texture for my taste. And I especially appreciate nicely placed walls.

The pitlane feels like it's a bit forcefully added in there. That makes the track look a bit odd since it's built pretty much completely on public roads. In reality I'm sure no one would want that lump of road in the middle of the city.

I also think that there is a bit too much tarmac in the middle and it (with all the markings) makes the track look a bit messy.

Otherwise it is nice, the area has a complete theme all around the map and everything looks as it should in a bit more wealthy area of the town. There are nice deeply thought details on those two yards. Maybe the leaf-tree parts are just a bit too dense.
