Holy cow we're getting spoiled with the amount of great games this and the next one or two years!

The new NFS Hot Pursuit should finally be a normal overly arcade driving game, ala NFS 2 and 3. The next Driver seems to go back to the good old way of only having driving. GT5, Motorstorm Apocalypse, TDU2, Twisted Metal...
And the ones I'll surely get also include stuff like inFamous 2, Little Big Planet 2, Portal 2 (I'll get it on PC though), Sonic 4, Heroes on the move (Combines Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, and Sly Cooper and Bentley)... And there was propably something else for PS3 too, I just forgot them in the amaze I had while watching the GT5 trailer...
I think I have to seriously start thinking about getting the Wii at some point. Nintendo has finally realized that the platformers were best when they were in 2D. New Donkey Kong Country (2D scroller), new Kirby (2D scroller), new Golden Eye (Not in 2D ). Again there propably were many other great games shown for Wii, but I forgot them since I has so happy about the new Donkey Kong.

well i noticed that steam has a sale on at the moment, so hoping to see either gtr evolution or race on on sale i had a look. sadly no simbin titles are but saw that Dirt (the original one) was available for £3 (something like that)...

all i can say is im glad i didnt pay any more; all i can say so far is absolutly terrible and one of the worst racing games ive played in a long time. heres hoping codemasters do a much better job on their upcoming f1 game...

I thought about buying Dirt in this spring as it was very cheap before the sales too (less than 10€), but I decided not to. Later I played Dirt 2 at my friend's home, and it was just horrible too. It was almost impossible to keep the car controlled, and I wouldn't call myself a crappy driver

I bought GTA: San Andreas for PS2 a couple of weeks ago from Italy, so that's what I've been playing lately. A bit late to buy it but whatever. Though I've had it earlier too, but maybe I should not talk about it more

I bought the Codemasters driving game pack during the spring when it was for sale. (Had Dirt, Dirt2, Grid, Fuel and Toca 3 in it) Now that I finally have the updated computer that actually WORKS, I got to try out Dirt 2. And I have to say that I actually like it. No, it's nothing like what Colin McRae 1 and 2 used to be, but as Dirt 2 it is a great driving game. The physics are nice. Nowhere near RBR, but still they work nicely in a rallycross game and in this Codie's game the cars actually have something called "grip". It is something that Grid is missing. So yep, I enjoy Dirt2 a lot. I can't try out Dirt 1 since it won't start on 64bit Win7.

Right now I have been playing Mass Effect. I bought it during the EA sale. I've played well over 20 hours and I've only gone through two of the story planets.

The games I have bought from Steam summer sales are Trine, Tropico 3 and the Introversion pack. Yeah, I now technically own two Darwinias and Multiwinias, but in reality I just bought them twice but own just one copy. But hey, I bought the two for maybe 2,5 € back in the winter and now I got 4 games for 5€, so I didn't really lose much. Buying Uplink and DEFCON separately would have cost 20 € anyways. And all these four games are something everyone must own at some point of their lives.

· BAJA Edge of control (awesome game, much better than what stupid reviewers say)
· Mx vs Atv Reflex (bike riding as close as it gets in console, Mx Simulator is better when it comes to realism)
· Grand theft auto IV (I downloaded the trophies some time ago, I think I should replay it... )
· Guitar hero World tour and Smash hits (you can hear me singing on my Youtube channel)
· FUEL (I don't know why it gets bad reviews, it kicks Motorstorm' a***es all the way)
· Mx vs Atv Untamed (cool graphics, great gameplay, about 60 tracks/arenas, etc.)
· Ferrari challenge (rolling start made this game suck)
· Skate. (best skating game EVER, Skate 2 & 3 are stupid Tony Hawk "wannabes", mine is the original)
· Colin McRae DiRT (where the Hell is the real rallying in NextGen?? I hope BlackBean repairs the damage...)
· Beijing 2008 (worst Olympic game ever since Vancouver 2010 and Torino 2006, SEGA f**ked it)

· Need for speed ProStreet (worst NFS game in history: stupid physics, stupid system, stupid gameplay, etc)
· WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008 (what?? 2007 was AMAZING and this sucked!!!)

Upcoming PS3 games I'm having:
· Test drive Unlimited 2 (see you in Ibiza just after it is released)
· Driver San Francisco (about 3 months after release)
· Gran turismo 5 (between 4-6 months after release)

NOTES:
· Games are not in any particular order
· My first games were DiRT, NFS ProStreet and WWE 2008
· I use LOTS of cheats in Grand theft auto IV
· In GH, I sing because I suck when it comes about instrumental gameplay (cannot get over MEDIUM in guitar, bass or EASY in drums)
· Motorstorm Apocalypse (new) will copy the enviroments shown in FUEL (post-apocalyptical cities, devastaded forests, etc)
· I like rolling starts, problems come when each car is separated by 1,5 secs
· Skate 2 & 3 are very unrealistic in each and every aspect (tricks, airtime, the city, etc)
· I love BOTH versions of the Olympic games, problem is that developers do not know how to make good games about such human sports (gymnastics) or hard-to-understand sports (bobsleigh)
· Don't believe reviews about non-pop games (mostly strange sports)
· Don't believe reviews about games made by small studios
· Don't believe reviews (specially Gamespot and IGN) about games made in Europe

Don't think BlackBean will make a proper rally game. The sole realistic rally game is Richard Burns Rally - highly recommended!
