[cir] Tebourba

Post by Silky1974 »

This is my first real attempt at a racing circuit, normally all my released circuits are Street races, so this isn't as good as I was hoping it would turn out.

Please leave any comments and criticism and idea's how to improve in future.

Thanks!

crazy idea with the pits

nice track, but you should make the track a bit more narrow, and delete the boat, because the boat doesnt look well here :shake3:

Nice little circuit i like The bridges, did you get inspired by rowtes to make this track by any chance? Also the pits are a bit mad imo, but The lake/river stands out quite well, a part from The boat. Other them these small points its a great little track. 4.5/5 ;)

Thanks for the comments guys.

Annoyingly, the boat was the last thing I added to this track, and that was a battle of conscience too, guess I shouldn't have bothered lol.

The track was originally made at world size 150 but had to resize to 200 to fit all 6 pits in, probably should've left it at 150 (to create the narrower track) and only had 3 pits?

And yes Matty, the original bridge idea was inspired from your Rowtes track fella! :bg:

It looks much better in Track Viewer ;) But anyway in game it isnt bad, I like it and I'll test it later. As now I can see that the boat is too big for that river (and it wouldnt fit under great bridges)
Btw, thats quite obvious that 150 or smaller ws tracks doesnt need more than 4 pits because they are short enough

when you make a new version, change this:
- more lmap details
- delete the boat
- reduce the ws OR make the layout narrower (xD); so 3 pits or 4

puuuh,...:D thats my opinion

Thanks for all your replies and suggestions everyone.

I have made the following changes to the track :

- Made World Size 150
- Deleted Half the pit lane
- Deleted the Boat!!
- Altered positions of a few objects after world size change
- Added/Altered stands at bottom to fill more space
- Added Kerb to bend between bridges
- Moved Flag/My Sig.

See original post for updated picture and file.
