How to ask for support?

1. If you have a problem, first check the previous older topics, if the issue is already reported or even solved. Repeated unreasonable questions on same solved issue may be ignored.
2. If your problem is new or if the previously mentioned solution doesn't work in your case, start new topic. Choose name with basic description of the problem to allow easy browsing (like ''Apache doesn't run, what to do?'') and then describe carefully your problem to details, including technical details if requested. Otherwise the chance, that anybody can help you is very low.
