Well, if you really would provide hosting for user sites, then small donation would be in order, at least for my part. ;) It wouldn't be much, but I think every little bit helps.

Atm i have only a small problem: I have 500 subdomains, but only 5 FTP logins to create ... 1 for me, 1 for gene-rally.com and 3 left at the moment -.-'

I contacted the support, maybe i get a few more ...

That would be great to have a bit more space, so we would not need to prune that often (however that's not planned in the next months ;)). Ah and I've given a special rank for Crono, as he owns this domain, so if you have any questions, regarding to FTP, you should ask him. ;)

I know, they sold the whole domain to Simraceway to keep it running.

Anyways, I just registered to the new RSC :D

But I'm very interested if modders of several games will have trust in this project. I read, that when Simraceway.com (current RSC owners) bought rfactorcentral.com, they upset a lot of modders by changing their files without permission by merging them into one big one-click-install mod and start to earn money on it. And if I can guess from words of J. Burgess, they will not have way to old files, so no restoring of users or GR content there is almost sure.

Not true. They sold the domain to pay remaining bills made by operation of old RSC, which was short in cash often.

Maybe Race Sim Central will come back, but they will need to create a cleaner, more readable layout for their forums first. Anywho, I have been overwhelmed with school work lately, so not a lot of work has been made on the website. I am simultaneously making several other websites, so I'm sure you can understand that Generally does not take priority over my other work. I will continue to work on it though.

Sorry, I just can't understand why GeneRally doesn't take priority over your other work!

You certainly have to go see a doctor immediately! :D

Yeah, I don't know what's going on over there at RSC, but something is wrong constantly. I think this should remain our home for the foreseeable future.

That's nonetheless quiet true and in fact the GR community seems to be able to survive at everything. It's great to see the members list growing up. :ghug:
You are a part of the community, so vote for the ToM Track of the Month

Competitions I've won :
• America's Cup • F1Cup Season 14 • GR Ski World Cup 2006 • GWL Season 16 • The Ultimate Full-screen Rally • ToM compo Seasons 2 & 3 • JE Challenge Season 1

All my results thanks to the GWR

But we really should find a way to advertise, otherwise people will think we are a dead community, a lost group of Internet users.

I'm new to the scene but wonder why the forum isn't moved back to RSC if that's where people remember it to be?

Also becauseit looks like many people haven't found this forum yet and probably assume the community is dead.
