so why did the first forum died? maby we should post screens and car files sowhere in the net instead of forum servers. maby that way there won't be another situation like the one in the past.

RSC died because it crashed for the millionth time, and the backup servers also crashed in same time. So not only GeneRally, but whole RSC is screwed up. Like if it wasn't already back then.

TGF, that's NOT James' fault at all. Try to run an international leader racesim forum all alone, only after that say that kind of sentences!

I can't believe I've missed some great stuffs @ RSC...

I think this was the thread were the Generally source code was being discussed.

If not a problem, would like to be updated ragarding this matter, by someone who was actually working on this.

Do somebody remember, that we were talking about new website for the game, better than official one? It's done!

The final design author is Crono, who did great job (and he didn't go mad from my permanent kibitzing).



And my many thanks to GRF, who helped us with eye-candies and other persons who gave us option to fill it by interesting staff (mainly authors of many cool sites and videos) and I don't forget to thank to Sunoco and TGF for passion, no matter, that they both had to retire from making this project.

Only unfinished thing there is, that there are missing any gr-related wallpapers. So if you have taste to create any, don't hesitate to do so. I'll put there the coolest of them surely.

And don't forget to share this address on your websites, facebook profiles, twitters, comments of your youtube videos etc etc to help us to make GeneRally even more popular than now.

Surprised by the lack of images of Me-tan's cars, and a bit disappointed that none of mine are there.

BTW, F1-cup is F1-cup... The F never meant for "France" or something like that, it was called F1 just because we raced the Formula and it was originally organized in a french F1 forum. Therefore, the full name is simply F1-cup (or F1cup).

Agree but I find the scrolling a bit laggy...

The site looks pretty nice now.

Only baddie thing I have to say is that maybe that eye-candy picture with more than six cars should be taken away. Now it kinda fools the people that it might be possible to have more than six cars racing at the same time. And as the site is more or less for promoting the game, it's not a good idea to fool people...

And wallpapers, hmm... I'll see if I have time to create something nice.
