East European Open (or EEO) is back with its fourth season and with four small and lovely tracks - Corkscrew by Masa, Suzu by nielske, Guinea by future design, Tatuapé by vira lata. And we'll still use Nivas by Jerac. We'll make the season in four weeks: from 6th of June till 3rd of July. You don't need too much training for this championship as the car is easy to drive and tracks aren't too difficult even for newbies.
Situation in GWR 2011 TT is depressed, lets make it better.

Basic rules and info

1. To register.
I need the next info:
1) Your nick
2) Your number
3) Your country
4) Your mail
You have to be in a team with 1 or 2 pilots, so:
5) Name of the team
6) Colors of your car in format X-X-X;X-X-X (teammates may have different colors).

3. Events
They consist of 2 parts: qualification and race. This means you'll have 2 login links. You don't have to make them at a time (but you may of course) and you don't have any orders between them (which means you may do your race first and only then your qualy).
Qualification has great influence on results of your race thanks to gap system: polesitter will have no gap, the next racer will have +0,25 sec, the third - +0,5 sec and so on. Qualy is HL. You'll have 3 tracks and 2 laps on each of them. Only the second, the fast lap of your attempt (even if it will be slower than the first one), will be your qualifying lap. The sum of your 3 fast laps will be you qualy time.
Settings are the same for both qualy and race except of length. They are:
Tyre wear: 8%
Fuel consumption: 10%
Fuel mass: 50 kg
Damage: 30%
Length: 10 km (Race), 2 laps (Qualy)
Mandatory files for race are:
- screenshot with standings (by pressing F11 or F12)
- .gam file with replay
- .trk file
Mandatory files for qualy are the same (multiple x3)

S3 was likely funniest compo (of compos, which I took part in) during whole 2009, so I'm surely in.

No problem, it's funny - we simply have to hurry with signups. In past Cico89 was liking the number too (his team mate alexwolf79 had 22), so it was same in those days - who of us hesitated, had then a bad luck. Maybe some more drivers in past liked that number too, but I don't know.

Wow, so many great people has signed up! I'm impressed. Welcome everybody. Login files will be ready tonight as well as updated entry list. I hope we'll see some more entries, but still it's a great number for TT champ.

One question just came to my mind: Which Settings do we need for qualifying? the same as race settings or what?

Settings are the same for both qualy and race except of length.

Length: 10 km (Race), 2 laps (Qualy)
