fastest, it looks like you've done one (or two) attempt, after which you saw that your time wasn't good, you knew you had 8 minutes to send your files so you decided to make another attempt which isn't allowed.

can't we make more than one attempt? So why we have until 8 minutes to race?

To make it simple, 1st drivers who have to drive 2 cars need more time and 8 minutes is for them, and we (2nd drivers) have the same time not to complicate things. At least that's how I explain it to myself.

Officially, the login time is your net race time + 5 minutes. With that, for 2×2 laps it would last about ~3+5=8 minutes, for 1×2 laps that would be ~6 minutes. Actually, even this amount of time is a bit too indulgent, since JTarJ used to give 4 minutes to the net time, there's still enough time to restart.

About your case, fastest: login window has been specified to make only ONE race. I've did not specify this in rules, but that gives you an unfair advantage (as the rest of drivers didn't restart and you had the opportunity to train after logging in), and that used to be sanctioned with an automatic DSQ, no matter if it's intentional or not. You're lucky not James C. organizes this compo, he used to be more strict. ;)
kuba wrote:I'm interested in something else: why Hungary have beat Middle-Europe? At http://mercator.elte.hu/~herbal/roc/8reslong.png I see that Middle-Europe have won two rounds and Hungary only one.
Maybe because I've been in that group and I wanted to continue the knockout... :shhh: :liar:

Yeah, I've used wrong excel formula, both corrected.

No offence, but surely you should read the rules of the competition and not just assume it will be the same as a competition run in a completely different way? ;)

In any case, Poland is going on :). It promises to be a heavy battle with Croatia, but we'll do everything and look forward to the Polish semi-final.

Definitely, I'd love to try this properly where a no-show by my team mate doesn't make it much harder for me. :bg:

We have only one driver to race today, it's Madd Dogg, and he still has 7 hours to run his race.

Until then, I've got to announce that the pre-works have been started for the Individual Cup, first post has been edited in order to these works. Next week I'm going to keep a provisional draw with the current signed up drivers, but note, this list can grow, just don't forget remind me in a way, if you want to join! :bg:
