Balancing a car series

I got a problem: I'm making a car pack, which contains 3 cars, that look different, but runs evenly. Problem: I want the three cars to have their own handling-abilities, speed, acceleration etc. while still being even.
Second problem: The three cars are different. Very different.
Drifter series:
Car #1 (the base car): C-Drifter (Convertible. Works well on any track)
Car #2: M-Drifter (Muscle. Slower than C, but has better handling abilities, i.e. slides less and accelerates faster. Provides benefit on technical/slower tracks)
Car #3: S-Drifter (Supercar. Faster than C, but has worse handling. Provides benefit on faster tracks)
Could I have a little help in balancing these cars? I know they are very different cars, but it's just a name.
I'll leave this here... Either tell me tips and tricks, or take the cars and balance them yourself. !NOTE! Don't modify C-Drifter. It's a good car...
