The F1 2012 season cars

1. Red Bull Racing - Renault
2. McLaren - Mercedes
3. Ferrari
4. Mercedes AMG
5. Lotus F1 - Renault
6. Force-India Mercedes
7. Sauber - Ferrari
8. Scuderia Toro-Rosso - Ferrari
9. Williams - Renault
10. Caterham F1 - Renault
11. HRT F1 - Cosworth
12. Marussia F1 - Cosworth

All cars got the pace from the early Australian / Malaysian Grand Prix which I interpreted in the following order: McLaren, RedBull (a little less speed but good downforce), Mercedes (better speed but less downforce), Ferrari (less speed and less downforce although they did win), Sauber and Lotus (good speed but less downforce), STR and Force India (both a little less), Williams and Caterham (again less), HRT and Marussia (and again less).

You can therefore e.g. catch up well with the Mercedes at the straights but the corners bring advantages to the RBR. If you win with the Marussia you are the king :goodvibes:

Please un-capitalize the car tag ;) The cars look fantastic, as I would expect.

The cars look very good.

I did some track testing with the different models. Interesting to see the performance deficits. What tire wear/fuel consumption rates do you recommend?

I'm using 6% tire wear and 5% fuel consumption. The fuel is burning away so fast that you can actually run extremely consistent times lap after lap. The tire wear and fuel consumption are almost perfectly complemented to feel like the new Pirelli tire performance. Maybe topping off the tanks will work and make it feel like the tires are working harder.

Thank you Scorpion and Bunchies. I am using the default setting for tyre wear and fuel, I agree you can really feel the cars eating away the tyres and losing grip so quite a strategic challenge to find the best pit stop window

Hi there! And the reason there are 24 cars in that photo is because he did 4 races with 6 cars and put the images together using photoshop. At the moment we can't change the number of opponents in the game to go higher.

...Unless you use the well known Uber Cheats of course where you need to press all keys of the keyboard that are in the word "twentyfourcarsnowbuddy" when starting a race

Do not bump topics older than 30 days unless you have something really important to say, please. It confuses other people.
