Expected bad position. Due to the lack of time I almost couldn't race

Some guys were unstoppable here (especially the NetherStates drivers, watch the replay and you will see what I mean - nice one!)

Well, 6th again, I forgot to enter the pit in time, stopped between two pit teams, and was generally slow during the rest of the race. My FL was bad, too. Why can't I concentrate more?

Just did round 4. Almost went OOB on lap 19... keyword being almost. Marks the first time I didn't screw up somehow to require a rerun. Yay!

Round 4: I am training for Ardennes, it seems that there aren't many shots for doing an FL there (as you cannot use the pit lane to shorten the racing line without actually stopping)! What do you think?

Wat. That FL was amazing, I didn't even get below 13,30 in practices

Top 5 is my goal every race, I think I've achievend it quite nicely, and 4th place in championship standings is great

Season is halfway now, hopefully I could challenge Dan for 3rd position in championships

It IS! Many of us from the top guys (Murano, Buka, IceGlenn, DXTR, Hangman, alexsara, Aleksi) did start their (racing) career in this competition. Look at my first race, in Suzuka. Well, I was the second last. And now look where I am in General ranking, from the start of the first competition:

At the moment 4 racers did their Ardennes' race.

I will login tonight. For some reason, this track is harder for me then the previous ones.

I struggle to get my times consistent, often lose multiple seconds to the AI's and so on. Very very tough race this one.

Thanks guys, I have been practising extremely hard so it's great to see this championship coming my way (slowly).

For those who are 'impressed' by the speed of the podium runners; trust me it's all experience.

I made my debut with a P18, a P21 and then a P12 in my first season, SECONDS AND SECONDS away from the guys who were then dominating.

The season after that I started 6th and then slowly made my way to a podium finish.

But... I haven't been even close to a podium in non-GRC races. I will do some after this GRC season but that quality drivers is massive.

All I can say is that it pays off to race in GRC. After a race I knew what times I had to be able to do so I did lap after lap after lap until I got close.

Practice makes perfect.

I love how the fight for third place develops this season and I'm glad I've been able to take some distance from Bohessef the last race.

Did a 117.67 in practice with fastest lap 13.68 but COMPLETELY screwed up in the race. Didn't even get close. Was pushed off the track twice, missed corners and couldn't overtake quickly.

Damn this is disappointing.

Who says your race sucked? It is my race which is more suck than you! I'm only reach 14.59 and that makes me nothing but slow.

Yeah, Ardennes wasn't the race of my life either. I somehow couldn't find a stable strategy to overtake the AIs, I was relying on luck and it backfired.

But of course I was slow anyway, my best practice time was Analytico's 'screwed up' time, so there's nothing to talk about, no excuses this time...

BTW thaks a lot MissileSurfer for your post, I find it really inspiring to see how determined and focused one has to be to achieve great times and I appreciate your hard work a lot, so keep pushing man!
