I don't think tough points system is a problem. I think it's not normal that someone takes a huge amout of them by just finishing the race, like in GTT, for example. The scoring zone has to be not more than half of the pack, IMO.
I would only advice to Marcinho to follow everyone's results carefully and classify everyone by the best finishing position in case of equal amount of points, including zero (like in real F-1, for example). This would motivate the fight out of top six as well.

But to be serious - with 16 drivers point system for 8 drivers would be more motivating for people. On the other hand - how do you know that 16 drivers will be in every race? Last season only 4 drivers participated in all races, some drivers resigned after some races but it's not sure that we'll see in every race 16 drivers

As ''Super-licence'' for GRTCC.

Best 10 drivers from this season + the drivers which aren't in Top10, but competated in every race become ''Super-licence'' for GTC1, and all other drivers + rookies will drive in GTC2. And from then now, point system (like earlier at GRPL F1/GP2

Exactly - that's why 6 scoring positions is optimal amount
