[for] Lambda GPF-2

After I made an experiment with IGRL FormulaGP cars, I decided to create a specification Open Wheeler 2 (OW2).
It's not used for any competition, I was just boring and I wanted to make any other specification than OP1.
And here is my car, based on OW1 specification.

Pack contains blank car and team painting. Physic is a little based on original GR formula.
