New 3D top-down racing project

In the past few months the Turbo Sliders' developer decided to work on 3D top-down racing project. Its code name is TS2020 which signalize that it's going to be a spiritual successor of magnificent Turbo Sliders, but there is a lot of things that GeneRally's fans might find interesting too (the game already looks like some advanced GR).
