Need your help with sorting tracks!
Hi guys, as some of you might have noticed, the mods have chosen me as a "Track Restorer".
Many of the restored tracks have already been uploaded by the original authors, but many tracks are still missing.
This is because not all of the RSC members made their way to these forums, some trackmakers lost interest in GeneRally, stopped trackmaking..etc...etc.
To save these treasures from the past, our goal is to collect these tracks, sort them by author, and if the readme allows it, post them here.
I already do have a large collection, (ca. 5700) but thanks to Tuomoh I'll have access to a giant trackbase (about 10.000 trk's).
At the moment I can't start this massive time-consuming job, because I'm experiencing some serious problems with my computer.
Until I do have access to my GR-data again, I'm asking you for some help:
Many members changed their forum-names, be it at RSC (JamesF1 - James Burgess), from RSC to GRIF (Disi! - Darjo), some even changed their names here, some guys seem to have namechanging as a hobby!
To avoid any difficulties, I want to make a list of all these names, so I can allocate the trackmakers to the tracks.
(If you know their real names, please send them in a PM to me, so I can look into the track-info of the tacks.)
So feel free to post names of members who changed their names since the beginning.
Thanks in advance.

Why this question-mark?Alonsomania wrote:YoungHova -> Hova?
It would be helpful if you're sure about it.

He got older, so he wasn't using this 'young' part?
Do you have, or will get from TuomoH some readmes? I've got some of them, so I can pack them with corresponding tracks and send them to you.

My original username was fzzbcs, but changed to gibernau fan
Hannu, who art in Finland, Räbinä be thy name. Sim racers come, races are won, at Agari, as at Xupong. Give us this day our version 1.06, and forgive us all our impatience, as we race those who challenge against us. Lead us not into boredom, but deliver us from work. For thine is the GeneRally, and the AI, and the race cars. Amen!
