Re: [cir] [ral] Serviès - AX

Hi YoNnie ! Glad that you like it, thank you ! :goal: Yes I'm using a special palette, a tweaked Fake GR2 palette I'm using for my own use, which is available on my GR Best Of folder. I've updated the palette pack on the dedicated thread Fake GR2 palette : Fake GR2 Matter of taste but I find it more...

Re: [cir] Wig Park

Oh great, a new Trigger Happy track ! :goal: My favorite layout is the National one, it have a really good flow with sports cars. The GP one is very snake-y, like a Chibi reversed Irungattukottai (what a name :D ). Pretty technical but feasable with a formula car. The public park is lovely ; we can ...

Thank you so much for the support CraapyTracks, really appreciated.

Re: Sudden difference in perspective...

Mmh... One day Frukis had this bug linked with a resolution issue, playing at 21:9 the track was trunkated in the upper half, but not as much as yours. Are you playing on a really high resolution perhaps ?

Try to set GR at a different resolution, 16:9 for example.

[cir] [ral] Serviès - AX

On my way back home from work, I saw a cheap magenta colored poster saying that there was an autocross event at Serviès next week, with pursuits on dirt with old rally cars and kart cross, day and semi-night. So I checked what the circuit looked like on Google Maps and it was a nice, compact one, so...

That's incredible Txizzle ! I may share my in-game stats but I play on many GR folders, each with its own theme (F1 1960s, Rallycross - RX, Party games, etc), so my stats are all over the place. :sweatdrop: But well, here is one : Won: 74 // 98 2nd: 21 // 31 3rd: 10 // 11 4th: 6 // 10 5th: 3...

Hi ! :) After a glance at the Abandonned WIP thread, I stumbled upon Qytrya from BRIX ( https://forum.generally-racers.com/viewtopic.php?p=90550#p90550 ), and I loved what he did there with this track. I really like this lmap texture, there's a little bit Hmap on there, and the different possible la...

Re: Track Ideas, W.I.P. Previews and Teasers v2

Hi :) Cars and lmap objects are really time consuming. I suggest to copy/paste those cars or at least place them enough of them that your track feels lively enough, like it would be during a racing day. You don't have to fill the entire area though. People can fill up the space nicely too. And if th...

Thank you for this one, I didn't know about this track. I really miss some well made United Kingdom tracks in GR, as most are quite old, so this one is a welcomed addition. I like the way you used gates to create those building's roofs. Very clever. A fun and challenging little track, especially thi...

Re: The Forgotten - Hidden Gems of GR

It's been a while I didn't posted here. :sweatdrop: I've been searching for some cars for my GR Best Of folder and stumbled upon a really nicely made pack from Haruna (aka Emi#2 at the time) called grgtlmp, which features as the name implies a GRification of famous GT and LMP cars. Here's pictures o...

Re: 1975 Formula One Cars

Yeah the dimensions. The cars' too big on circuits. shot0000.jpg There's an option in the car editor to resize easily your model though. Aero is too high for an F1 model...I'll check on that again. Yes sorry, Air resistance to be more precise. With a too much high air resistance your car tend to dec...

Re: 1975 Formula One Cars

Hi there :) Well I tested it a bit but your model are way too big, though I commend the effort to make them different and as recognizable as possible from their rwl counterpart. I think your aero is too high for an F1 model, same for your balance. The height don't match your model as well ; you want...

Hi Andrea, Lovely little oval, I like those small ones as well. And a real world one as well. :bg: If you slide the wall at the top, you can crash at a part of it because it goes a little bit towards the track, but well you're not meant to slide the wall so it's ok. :D Well done track, and still gra...

Took me a lot more time on this one as I derailed slightly from GR :sweatdrop: , but here we go with another one, Lessay : Lessay.jpg Lessay GM.jpg Lessay.zip 80% dirt, 20% tarmac. Don't be fooled by its apparent simplicity, as it will be a fierce battle all along. Which one will be next ?...

Re: How to create a car from scratch by Genetleman

In size of car, you don't have any value. That's why your car is falling through the road.

To fix it quick, you can go to "Tools", "Fix size of the car".

Or you can add values manually. Don't forget to tick the box to show the size lines on your model.

It could happen if you have weird shadows, or if you have incorrect physics parameters.

Can you share it with us to see the issue please ?
