Re: [cir] Buckie

Well, this track looks gorgeous! I really enjoy it by seeing it. Also I hoped that I will be racing it with joy too. To be honest, there's little confusion for me, because the layout seems to make cars sticked to the tamac, but because the WS is to big, it's hard to make the lap fluent and keep the ...

Re: [stc] Brdegest City Street Circuit

Actually, I don't have something revealing to say, but this track looks good. It's beautiful, it's clean, and have this balance between the playable layout and the city view (you know, trying to fit the streets to make a nice layout but also to actually look like the city itself). It's pleasing that...

Re: Abandoned WIP Thread

Well.. Don't want to sound cruel, but tracks like Imola or Le Mans are already exists and they are nice. But I'm not sure if we have old version of Österreichring (and even if we have, your version looks great atm), and that's a huge loss... Also zurich is practically finished. I understand you don'...

Re: [cir] Rijr - a one-hour track

Well, that idea of One Hour Track (OHT) is really interesting. And TBH it looks really really good, I mean by putting much more time it won't give so much more effect to make this track a lot better. If you'd have 2 hours, maybe some object placement or AI or lmap corrections would work but it's not...

It remainds me of Zandvoort, apart from it it's quite a piece of a work! Nice scenery and quite a challenging layout too!

Re: [stc] Rahnasto

Well, the last TEO track and I must admit in my humble opinion it's the best of all. At least in case of difference between TEO and tracks with external editors. Only some dithering and smoother hmap and it would look like the external one, so it's definately close to perfection. It's quite a good p...

Re: [cir] Lake Koenig

The track width was deliberately edited at some sections to create more overtake opportunities, make it less exploitable and more challenging overall. What I mean is especially smoothness in the corners. I don't know how to explain it wisely, but layout white border has pixel 'steps' in many places...

Re: [cir] Lake Koenig

First, it looks similar to this and this , which doesn't mean there's something wrong, because I really enjoy circuits around lakes and I'm okay with it (I also did the track like this!) Unfortunately, wall placement could be done better (if you aren't using GRHmapEditor by Mlnynki, I recommend it, ...

It's.. Like an piece of art? I don't know how to describe it. Lmap is simply perfect, with objects making whole track complete. It's a masterpiece!

What a cutie!
I'm just not a fan of this concrete wall making this legendary rounded turn. Maybe it would be better to add hay bale or make it from hay bale only? But it's only one small suggestion, the rest is neat!

Re: [cir] Maroon Seca

Well, Maroon Seca, so I suppose that's isnpired on Laguna Seca, so for me there is missing the most famous corner of this track! Apart from it, it has this feeling of the real one. About this HMap, i think the little improvement and solution could be to make the some corners a bit banked, to keep ca...

Re: [rwl] [cir] Symmons Plains

I remember I wanted to make this track in the past, but seeing this I'm glad I didn't :D I don't think I'd make it better. Love the environment, pit area and the layout itself (it's more challenging to find perfect line than it seems). Great effort!

Re: [tpk] [evo] [ral] [stc] Evotown

I'm really into evo trackpacks (my first tracks was a trackpack) so this whole idea is brilliant for me. It's in your current style, there's no doubt. Scenery looks smooth, nice to eye, however.. I'm not a fan of they way how it became 'urbanised'. I think you could make only tarmac road, without bo...

Re: [cir] Soemihi 2020

Yeah, the forest looks boring, but I wanted to keep a bit it in style of the old one - some kind of upgrade. However I see this track as a little bit abandoned circuit among trees, but now a bit refreshed. I'm trying to imagine in my mind some background story about every track I've made :sweatdrop:...

[cir] Soemihi 2020

Hello!
I would like to present my next restored track - Soemihi 2020.
I reorganised practically everything, just as before, so there's no need for more explanation.
See you next time!
Maybe with another restoration or a brand new track, who knows?

Re: [cir] Idyrt Improvement Helps

Maybe I'll add some :2c:. I use Windows XP Paint (but on Win 10 - you can easily download it). For making hmap and placing objects I reccomend GRHMap and to make walls (if I cant make it smooth in GRHMap) Snakeditor. If you (and maybe other members, too) would like to see some tutorial/how to, I wou...

Wow, what a astonishing lmap work! Really detailed and umm.. sublimed, it makes me goosebumps :D Definately in original GR style. I wonder why you didn't place S/F straight on the same line with the pit lane, but that was you vision I suppose! Great track anyway!

Re: [cir] Dustland 2020

Thanks TuomoH! A positive reaction form such an experienced and awarded trackmaker makes me honoured! Back to the free corners - I was considering this move and I will stay with my explanation. I am satisfied with a "smoothness" of my style. It was the key to make my skills better. Also, m...
