Apache says "not running".

I have no firewall. (deactivated). Also, I had to change the port from 80 to 8080, because before that, Apache was on 'NOT RUNNING'.
But still not working.

if I load that web page in my browser (FireFox FTW!!!) it gives me a total-white page.

I think this problem has also been explained by other people, but in my case, Apache and MySQL are BOTH ON 'RUNNING' STATUS.
But I still have a white screen in GTGR window...

I remember a day when I did a wheelie in Test Course with my Escudo... 974 KM/H in straightaways and around 500-550 ...
