It will be possible to have a team in GEM and continental series in the same time.
It would be something like academy/junior team (however team will decide) giving each driver a possibility to participate in global series.

EDIT: But to not confuse at this moment many series, I'll focus only on GEM.

As I saw every car, darkracer99 set the balance in his Vertigo Kurumi to 0,75 while Marco uses 0,735 in Wulff 717S. Default OP3 cars (Ligier and Norma) has 0,7. Drivers were running on track with one slower AI to simulate an other driver overlapping.

Only one driver in OP2 crashed on first chickane and went out of track so he finished only 57 laps.
