If I'm not wrong you'd need a tool which moves files among the game's directories (in and out GeneRally's Car folder). Take a look here http://www.softpedia.com/downloadTag/move+files
Maybe could be useful the tool named "PAMO Incoming Files Automatic Move", it should moves files automatically.
I'm not sure this could be useful, just take a look to it.

You're right.I was looking for external tools so I suggested that link, don't want to waste your time. Maybe the rar passwords is the best idea.

In my opinion the possibility to cheat is not such a big problem because people who like this game will not cheat.
So do not.. too much for that.

WS is between 160 and 180/185, which suits GR best.
