Trouble to run Generally at Windows 8

Hello people, I would want to know how I can fix DLL issues to run Generally in Windows 8.

Do anyone else with that problem in the past?

The PC says that is missing different DLLs to open Track editor, and the game itself.

Have you installed the DLLs mentioned in the readme?
