I am creating a website so we can keep track of the progress of the championship.

If creating a website is a bother for you (and that's totally understandable as it's not a little thing to do), it's totally doable there only.

It's time trial so there's no need for you to create a login system on a website. We can send you our files by PM once by time trial or several times, the last one being the best one and the only one to take into account, and it's done. The results can be posted there as an Excel sheet' screenshot.

So the only thing you may want to create is :
. A gamepack for each time trial or for every time trial (as you wish), with GR 1.2c if you want to merge replays of all participants up to 6, with settings tweaked, no ghost, with cars and tracks of your championship.
. An Excel sheet to write the results of each time trial, and a championship sheet to write the winner of all time trials.
. Good communication with the participants, being precise and concise about the deadline, the settings, the rules as well (is it allowed to go through the pitlane to have a better time ? Of course not but if it's not written, it's allowed)
. Tweak the tracks you want us to drive on, as some are really permissive about how we can cut corners and then have a better time, and pitlanes are sometimes a great shortcut.

Rules

1st To participate in the championship, the driver just needs to register by providing a driver name that will be used in the game and a valid email;

2nd The goal here is just for fun;

3rd The championship will be in time trial style;

4th The driver must race alone following the established settings that may or may not be updated during the championship;

5th At the end of the race, the driver must wait for the times to appear on the screen and take a screenshot, then save the replay and compress it in zip format and send it to the email: dvdleon@yahoo.com by 10:00 GMT-3 (Brazilia time) on the day marked on the calendar;

6th Scoring:
1st → 6 points
2nd → 5 points
3rd → 4 points
4th → 3 points
5th → 2 points
6th → 1 point

Length 22 Kilometers
Tire Wear 1%
Fuel Consumption 8%
Fuel Mass 10 Kg
