[cir] Inkoi

Post by chapnis »

My fifth track I've made. Obviously still not that good but the good news is I'm improving! (I think...)

My first map that I've made that has HMap (thought admittedly not much) and I used SnakEditor and Paint as well as the original Track Editor. Hope you enjoy...

Criticism and ideas are much appreciated. :bsmile:

Can't test it yet, as I'm not on my laptop, but layout looks good,, although the pitlane looks very thin.

However, you have forgotten something quite important: The name  :roflmao:

I've tested it, and the layout worls well, its favours the more daring, but a 1 car pitlane is a bit too thin. A few more walls and objects would be nice as well

Whoops, personally I like a skinny pitlane... but each to their own I guess!

Thanks, I think the main problem is the contrast of the dense forest to the big empty gap in the bottom-right corner?

Gosh, how nice! A track with simple stroke, but technically well designed. The only thing that bothers me is that the last corner is very dangerous and has no escape area. The beat is almost certain! Taking into account that gives you a more than adequate from a box and another, I suggest you bring them closer, and thus create an escape area that last curve. Thus, the entry box could remain where it is (though it's very close) or a little later in the run-up.

Congrats

Thanks, not sure what you mean exactly. Move the pitlane and add a run-off for the final corner?

I find the easiest way is to slow down ;)
