yeah i agree with GeneSuomi. as for what to put in the paddock, whats in the paddock on photographs? otherwise, tents, trucks cars and people is all you can really do. Also can you not cheat a little and just make the paddock area a bit smaller?

I'm trying to make a mini Pikes Peak Hill Climb, im going to post about my 50th or more fail on the Hmapping so show my Hmapping problem to Trigger Happy (use GRHMedit)

Here is a preview of a track I am making, that is around 1.2km long. It is my first real attempt at a track with a hmap, so what are your first thoughts.

I know some kerbs are missing, don't pester me about that.

Here is a picture of the layout, and the layout transposed onto the hmap

EDIT-Sorry, wrong pictures. The actual track layout is different.

From what I understand the hmap is shown only on the layout. Or not?

Yes. I will need to work on the scenery hmap, with regards to objects.

I do see what you mean, although I did not base the track on it. Some corners are based on real-life counterparts, like the Nurburgring, Monaco, Sepang/Shanghai and Laguna Seca.

Good track but the wall around the lake has no continuity - it starts as a hay bale lined concrete wall, then it becomes a regular concrete wall, then it becomes a fence and then it just stops.

Great track, I'm looking forward to release :goodvibes:

And about the wall, it's ok for me. It's concrete by the main road and circuit due to safety. Also the runoff area has hay bales, pretty logical. Near the internal/small road fence is enough.

My 3 Gran Turismo Tracks for my Gran Turismo Classic Tracks Pack for GR:

There are a lot tracks to be started (and finished).

^ Those layouts look pretty good. Apricot Hill looks like a lot of the esses are straight-linable or close to it, and I really think the chicane should be tighter (and I know it's hard to tell sometimes, but I don't see enough hmap). Speaking of hmap, good luck on the one for Trial Mountain... you're going to need it! Without the steep hills it's really not the same track...
