Yes, I think the same about the pits, I don't know what to do with it :(
The hay bales, no idea how I should place them, and this looked good to me.
I haven't done the starting grid yet, so that's why it's still the SD ones :)

This is my first tour (in this forum). I took the Vallelunga in Italy. Any suggestions?

I'm afraid it's too close to edges of map, try to rotate the layout to be more diagonal and in centre of map. :)

Hi guys. I'm working a lot on this MUD based circuit proposed to be a circuit built on a rocky tundra region when all the vegetation grows a diferent way than warmer climates, so i'm working on it's lmap to make that sense.

What did ya think?

Speaking the truth man... in my case it's really a mix of using Ms Paint spray, line, pencil tools and really takes me time patience, days to complete, it's very hand designed, requires work a lot. The thing worries me the most is when a track made with an lmap work like that recieves no much interest by the folks :worried:. Sometimes it becomes boring working lmap that way, sometimes when i'm motivated i love it. On HMAP i have a similar situation on it This is a hard one, i want to make this appear a Tundra. Isee you BBA is very dedicated to RWL and tracks created having real world places as a base. Imagine you working on reproducing a Tundra like landscape on real world place based track? I admire that guys like Maciej, Otto Wilson, you and some others know how to pick a real circuit and scale this to a GR track. I think i can't do that is the case i got no motivation to work on too much prefering fictional tracks. I don't know if you know our RWL Ahvenisto made by me and Otto Wilson where all the layout was made by him as well various placed objects, i've just pick that track and work on lmap designs as well as a hard work dealing on hmap for this hilly circuit and dealing with the AI line...

Please, just don't lose your patient because this will be great lmap. If you make good hmap and object placement, you will make a big step at TOM and for your future. Just don't let this track out.

@ Midnight Runner: Is that a reallife track? I doubt that it's Road Atlanta. If it's fictional I wouldn't make it so curvy because some of the corners seem to be like straights and it just looks like there are too many corners.

I feel to post a screen now of Queensland Raceway (also known as "the paperclip). I highly appreciate comments :)

have you put oil under the water or something, because it looks really dark, i would put a lighter colour under it seeing as the surroundings will be lighter (sandy).

and i agree with you XYY that some of the corners on Midnight Runners track aren't effective but the layout itself must have taken inspiration from Road Atlanta.

Midnight Runners track is Virginia Raceway... some of those esses are really flat out... what make this track hard to drive is the elevation changes mainly on the curves... (like almost all of the american non-oval tracks)

A great RWL Otto, in our brazilian lands was built that incredible layout far greater than the actual Interlagos f1 circuit.

And what do you want to hear? Layout nice, lines nice, walls nice. Supposed to be Queensland, so far looks like Queensland. And very likely another WIP picture in row of your Aussie obsession ( :bg: ) WIPs, which will tease us 'till eternity likely, because out of Calderili ( :goodvibes: ) you haven't released any of them IIRC (if I don't count our Lakeside). :-(

Sorry, I know about this myself :ouch: And I swore myself to finish one track that laid in my WIP thread for a longer time after QLD... ;)
The only thing I was not sure about at queensland, the Haybales. In reallife there are black tyres. But I think no one will really have problems with that ;)
