@ Alonsomania: thank you very much for this project, it gives me new hope.
In past months I became deeply hopeless from car preview thread and almost all released cars. Post after post it was was just about following blueprints without idea or ambition to push skill and fantasy on new limit. I was almost thinking, that current young carmakers are even not capable of it. Browsing though topic of this project returns me belief in their skill.
Again: thank you, Alonsomania.
Guys, keep going. Your cars are beautiful.

I dream, that maybe once we'll see even again some new fictional manufacturer (like DHV, Astor, Bolt etc etc).
My GR Racing Stats; thanks to GWR!

The rear looks like a Lamborghini Reventón. The name also sounds like it aswell. Anyway, very good. This car gets my vote

Re: 'What if?'- GTGR Car Design competition
I have to say, I was born to compete in this.
Ladies and gentlemen, I introduce to you today, the:
DHV Zoolu Sports
Now, I know what everyone is thinking. "We've seen this one before Dave. You know, bit of deja-vu and all that." Well, you are correct, you have. For it was 4 years ago that DHV first produced this file. Shows how far ahead of the game our company was at the time though.
But why have it here now? Well it was most certainly a good time to reintroduce it and give it an official name. For the last four years it has had the rather mundane "DHV Concept Car" title, but we've had so many concepts since then.
So, specifications for this carbon fibre bad boy? It features a rear mounted 7 litre V8 with supercharging providing a bit more boom for your buck, probably in the region of a tricked up ZR-1 Corvette. It's unique in it's two piece modular construction, with a titanium chassis sitting underneath the menacing carbon fibre "pod" bodywork. The emphasis on the design here is not only providing rear stability but also maximising front downforce. Yes that's right, that almighty rear wing pushes down on the front by having the structure acting like a pressurising spring downwards on both the front and rear. Need I add anymore when I say this car was present at the XCar series and proved itself to be the dominating package until the rules deemed it illegal? Not bad for a 900kg rear wheel drive prototype with only theories by it's side.
The only racing version produced were three "coupe" versions, although there were plans to produce a limited amount of "open top" versions as well. Only one prototype open top car was produced, which is now on display at the Zonnebloem factory in the Netherlands.
For me, the company president, it isn't the most aggresive front end like you would come to expect from my products. But the rest of it sure makes up for it in spirit.
Also, from a design point of view on the other cars presented, I would like to congratulate everyone on what they have penned so far and I feel there are exciting times ahead in this competition and beyond. Our departmental head of design is taking a closer look at the concepts and seeing where we can improve on in the future.
