Race done. No big mistakes, no AI's pushing my car out of track, new own track record, better race that anyone practice race. Race was perfect. I'm very pleased! :bg:

I agree with you in that we shouldn't let injustice stand but it seems in this case you and I think differently on the severity of the injustice happened here. I think the current solution is enough, even though the original rule was bad. :)

Not fully satisfied with my race, got into a fight with an AI but still got better time than in my practice - I guess I should practice more.

A lot of subtly stupid moves on my end, couldn't hold a consistent line at all even without traffic. Derp.

I was faster than during practice, but I had a big troubles with the Red AI on the last few laps and lost probably 1.5 sec. Moreover, I did a few mistakes by my own... :meditate:

Alright, I was finally able to get the results up. Unfortunately I have to penalise some people. :worried: Please guys, check the rules again. And there are going to be three rule modifications:
1. It's not allowed to edit the strength of AI drivers. If you do it you will be penalised by a 20 extra seconds.
2. Several login = BOP rule can be removed because it's of course a late submit (also +20 seconds)
3. If you now start from the wrong starting position, it won't be a harsh BOP, but another +20 seconds.
I will add these rules tomorrow along with the new login.

And congrats to the fast drivers at Runnola! I think that the results are quite surprising. :bg:

@kuba, Mszostus. Sorry. I meant to write Track.

@Marcinho: It's not yet a rule. I just didn't think anyone would change the values. Anyhow, it's an offence I haven't thought of (so the last rule applies), but a new rule will be imposed in the next time. Just at this track, it gave you a huge advantage because once you were at the front you had an easy ride ;) If it's in terms of many community members that you won't be punished, I can of course change this as well...

Sorry, Mszostus, I don't understand what you want to say, but I recieved two mails from you. The first one (recieved at 20:15) contains a 539kb rar archive containing an 861kb savegame and a 769kb bitmap. The second one (recieved at 20:19) contains the same two files (861 kb savegame and 769kb bitmap), but unfortunately not the track file. :?

Just saw the replays and thought: :jawdrop:

What a close fight between position 11 and 17!! Great job, mates! :bg:

Changing the AIs values has always to be punished. XYY hadn't set the values of the AI's just for joke. Everybody should have the same challenge! :meditate:

a terrible race for me; first I lost two laps fighting with the AI's, then they pushed me into the stand on the main straight so I had to do an extra pitstop to repair the damage. All in all a race to forget, I hope next one will be better

I think I just had my best run in a GR compo ever. Beat all the AIs by about half a lap (that never happens to me :P ) Probably will still put me near the bottom of the order regardless.

That's funny, I think I also made my best GR race ever on this beautiful track! Although I didn't had the impression, that the AI was slow. Meanwhile I tested the next track and was astonished about the bad AI.

My race was ok, apart from two small mistakes (both not completely my own fault ;) ), but it was not an overwhelming performance.

The deadline is coming soon, just less than 28 hours before the deadline following persons have sent me their races:
Scaramanga, Alonso, Bird, kuba, akouk, Buka, puttz and myself.
Don't forget to race :)
