Huge changes were made to the track. Still, the QF simulation allowed us to clock a 20.71. Good, bad, mediocre? What do you think?

This is fantastic track, replays were very interesting to watch...
...especially because of different strategies. Damn you, Williams IA, I have pace for podium...

i really have messed up the last two sessions, first race in zeltweg (which is a track i really like, too) and now this quali. mainly because i had little time to practice these days, but here in nurburgring i clocked a 20.9x just before the login and then i don't know what happened, i could be in the first rows! sorry to my teammate alonso

Did I get another grid penalty?majortom wrote:Drivers without Quali start from P6. Mr.J added 3 places back to P6

I thought Mr.J will be shifted to the results of the three fields, and the drivers behind it will start the box above.

Haha, no. I've already talked about that to majortom. That fragment was, by mistake, copy-pasted together with the English description below the results screen. There's no such remark in the results screen itself or in the German description on PGR.de. Mr.J suffered from that penalty in Austria. So there are no changes to grid positions this time - for anybody.Mr.J wrote:Did I get another grid penalty?majortom wrote:Drivers without Quali start from P6. Mr.J added 3 places back to P6

Race done, time for a well-deserved break.
I expect myself not far from qualifying position. I've wasted a lot of time for overtaking, I guess everyone has to, and made few jumps, but time in general seems to be good (in human's measure, not Alonso/Mr.J).

Just did my race and I'm not pleased
Everything was going according to plan but then I damaged the car 4 laps to go and I had to do an extra stop.It was a tough decision to make.To finish the race with damage or to visit the pits once again.

Terrible race with two extra stops
I want to forget this one and train for a much-much more better performance at my home GP - without login syndrome...

- Congrats to the winner!
Some Racer want to look replays first, so you find all results by link:

So, after 9 exerting races we need one week pause.
Use the time - there are still 8 races remaining!

Yes, an almost completely reworked one. Login and practice track will be made available before the official beginning of the QF next Monday. I'm not sure about the login but the practice track is ready. So you might want to check these forums later.Alonso wrote:Can we get an updated version of Hungaroring for qualifying?

We now decided to NOT give you the track update in order to make sure that you can all spend a week without PGR F1. Consequently, the login will be open next Monday.

Back with a triple post: The second part of the season is just about to begin. Please make sure you don't forget to update your practice track. There have been quite some changes to the sunk tyres.

No files from me, sorry. Launcher opened GR.exe with race setups although I had had opened another GR.exe and change setups for qualification. I had understood that I race with wrong setups only after 5 laps

He did 24 laps 10 sec faster than the rest of us did 23 laps (or you stop the clock at lap 23)?

Re: PGR F1 World Championship 2012 [HL/Race] [Login]
No, overall race time including the additional lap would have been somewhere around 11th position. Excluding the quickest lap from his race and adding a 3-second-penalty winds up in his personal official race result.akouk wrote:He did 24 laps 10 sec faster than the rest of us did 23 laps (or you stop the clock at lap 23)?
The penalty is because of the wrong settings. The fact that his quickest lap (which was not the additional lap 24) was excluded makes sure that he did not gain an advantage from lapping once more than all the others. His result now combines his "worst" 23 laps. His fastest lap still counts for the statistics.
