What is the color code used in the Generally car Editor??

Please, explain what do you want to know, I don't understand you. The color number is index in palette, it defines which color will that specific polygon be. You can click on the rectangle besides the textbox to open that palette. Colors 0 and 4 are used for player defined colors in menu.
