As you can see, this competition doesn't want to finish for "only" one season (and now, for "only" four seasons). So, meanwhile Endurance Series 2014 and two unscored races are in progress, I decided to make another topic about my competition. So, welcome to

For every season, there is random class of supercars (GT1, GT2, GT3). Season 2011 was with GT2, 2012 with GT1, 2013 with GT2 and 2014 with STC (Supersport Tuned Cars, to replace old GT1). Now, we'll use Super GT3 cars and calendar for "lower" category contains 12 races. Non-European races (China, USA, Puerto Rico, Australia, Canada) will be the races with random palettes to immitate the real race time, e.g. 7pm in Australia.

This time, rules for GTT are very long so I'll simplify this a little.

Race weekend is 2-minutes Qualifs (HotLap) at Thursday and 10km race at Sunday. As in two last seasons, TOP6 drivers from Qualifs have other fuel settings for Race than rest of drivers, because they must make one pit stop - rest don't must make it, but it's more difficult for them because TOP6 have better tyres after pit stop.

Note:

• All drivers in one team must use the same car (exception: junior/satelite team can use other car)
• Numbers #1, #2 and #3 are reserved for TOP3 drivers from previous season (Kuba, Lee, Gzehoo) but they don't must use it.
• TOP3 Teams from previous season (CZRT, Destiny Racing, Lambda Motosports) can have only 2 drivers.
• TOP3 Drivers from previous season (Kuba, Lee, Gzehoo) cannot start in one team (exception: junior/satelite team)

PS: I viewed the calendar. Better names for ''Grand Prix of Deutschland'' or ''Österreich Grand Prix'' would be IMO ''Grosser Preis von Deutschland'' or ''Grosser Preis von Österreich''.

I based on race names from MotoGP calendar. But I changed it now.

And did you know that, that the British Grand Prix is supported by the RoC qualification[Road to Wembley].

Oh come on, I'm not looking on other series calendar to make my compo calendar But the fact is that you'll use Areen's Donington, I'll use Maciej1's Donington.

Don't worry! Even if we'll use the same track (rwl track, but from 2 different autors) and the same cars and the same race distance your race will be the main race, because you have also qualyfing.

BTW, we can double the ticket price for Sunday(-race) and share the money 50/50.

You wrote something about Time Trial as a qualifying. Is it meant to be a Timetrial or Hotlap race? I understand it as a HL but you may want to clarify it

Btw, I wouldn't make such a fuss about the palettes. It's nice to have some variations but it doesn't have to be used as excessively as you use it in my opinion.

I was wondering also about "rain" sessions, but at the end of it all it's not needed for GTT.

Because of this I logged in again.

And there will be a new rule in GTT - if in one race there will be less than 5 drivers, they'll get only half points. It's caused by GWR rules which don't count in drivers' statistics races with less than 5 drivers.

Yes, but much drivers from 2014 (f.e Kuba, Lee, Sartalas or XYY) still don't sign up.

I know. There was Christmas break and not all users were able to sign up now. But I hope to see more drivers in the season.

I don't understand the logic of this. Why penalize drivers who took the time to race points for the series just because a bunch of other drivers didn't show up to race?

This was stupid in ES and in GTT is stupid too. Change points to 10 6 4 3 2 1 and will be OK.

Damn, unnecessary discussion only because you didn't understand why I decided to add one rule.

In all GTT history there were only 2 races with 4 drivers, all other races with low frequency were with at least 5 drivers; I just don't want to have a situation when there are 4 drivers in race and it's not included in GWR because of low frequency (like Brazil GP 2014).

It's not said that there will be always 4 drivers for race. A little stats from all seasons:

Season 2011: (10 races)
Greatest frequency: 10 drivers in race
Lowest frequency: 5

Season 2012: (12 races)
Greatest frequency: 8
Lowest frequency: 4

Season 2013: (10 races)
Greatest frequency: 12
Lowest frequency: 7

Season 2014: (15 races)
Greatest frequency: 8
Lowest frequency: 4

Season 2015? We'll see. It may be like in 2013 or like in 2014.


It's not to penalize people for lower frequency, it's more for encourage people to start here, to not resign too quickly from racing. I hope you'll be still enjoying starting here.



BTW. In Endurance it was added only because of two classes (LMP1+GT3) and three drivers classification. But there will be time for discussion about ES in July 2015.

What about the starting position for the race?

It is determined by qualifying Your login track will place you in the correct position. You just select your driver first, the the AIs.
