Racing Kart and Tracks [kar] [tpk]

This pack includes the racing Kart I made back in 2002 and an improved version with a little more grip and faster steering for more Kart like handling.
Also included are 2 wav files for the characteristic 4-stroke pop-pop-pop sound that most karts have.
And a set of 16 WS100 tracks designed for the Karts.
I made these tracks back in 2002 so they are in a much simpler style.
They are also very wide because I could not drive GR very well back then
Set the fuel mass and tire wear very low as Karts carry about 1~2 liters of fuel and tires last forever
