Can we have a "World Tour Track Project 2010"?
Not bad idea..resir014 wrote:Can we have a "World Tour Track Project 2010"?
I'd prefer redoing the original original (Agari, Bytes etc) tracks. We did that in 2005, and world tour in 2006 or so.resir014 wrote:Can we have a "World Tour Track Project 2010"?
Well, we had permission for the first project, so if I understand these things correctly, we don't need it again, do we?Dan Hakulín wrote:Do we need permission from "the Brothers"?
me too...Quklis wrote:Not bad idea..resir014 wrote:Can we have a "World Tour Track Project 2010"?
We would end up with a Germany, Britain, some Polands, load of Italys, bunch of Brazils and gazillion FinlandsXYY wrote:me germany, aleski finnland and so on...
I don't like XYY's idea... If we do it that way I wonder who will make Algeria and EgyptQuklis wrote:We would end up with a Germany, Britain, some Polands, load of Italys, bunch of Brazils and gazillion FinlandsXYY wrote:me germany, aleski finnland and so on...
We should let everyone participate, and vote for the best track if multiple versions are made of some track (like in the original project). Wouldn't be fair for the not-so-skilled onesDan Hakulín wrote:and also not everyone who comes can make version, it has to have some level of quality
I'd really like to make original tracks instead of world tour...darjo wrote:we just have to call this thread "World tour 2010" and start trackmaking.
Well, maybe we just should not finish the project until there's a good enough version of every track. But not ban the worse trackmakers anywayIvo Porč wrote:Other PoV - we need decent version of each of the tracks.
Yep there was, never entirely finished but very close to finish, like 90% I would say.Paw wrote:Wait, wait, so there WAS an World Tour update project finished, or not? If yes, and if someone has is, I would him to send it to me!

but if there was no WT project (?)
In the original project everyone could make any track they wanted, and as many as they wanted, so booking isn't needed if we do it that way. Ivo's suggestion (max 3 versions/track) might work well though.Paw wrote:About new project:
Booking would be quite ok. at least at the beginning, otherwise some tracks would be 'forgotten'. If there will be more participants we could resign from the bookings.
