I don't think Wouter meant anything by that comment, so no need for harsh words. :meditate: But putzz and BBA are right, street circuits usually have both sides of the road walled off, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. The reason they bother you in this particular case is probably because they don't blend in with the surroundings so well, since this resembles suburbs more than a busy city. :2c:

C'mon guys, lets not let thus project fail. BackflipBadger or ivaneurope can go, otherwise we'll have to reassign the squares :(

I'd be willing to swap to a center square if neither of the two step up to do their part.

I probably won't be able to do much of anything until next week, so I'll give some other people first dibs and then I'll take a center square next week if no one else steps up.

I didn't say I was available immediately, I just said I'd be willing to swap to a different square if no one else stepped up, so that BBA would know that I wasn't just abandoning the project :bg:

I'm on school holidays now for 2 weeks, so it's probably the best time for me to contribute, if someone else wants to take FT's?

aaaaaaaand here's my square.
JEA#20.JPG
I put in tram tracks on the road, to change the grip levels up a bit, and made the road leading out of FRUKIS's roundabout two separate roads, mainly to make the layout more...interesting I guess...
Ok, I'll go away now... :sweatdrop:

Well done aussie_generallier! Nice idea to force a break in the layout, stopping it from becoming too square. This is often something I try to do when possible.

Who wants to go next? WouterVL? Puttz? Ivaneurope?

Oops, well, I already started work :? You didn't say anything so I assumed you didn't want it anymore. Here's what I've got so far as far as lmap goes. Perhaps you can take my old square, Wouter, if BBA will allow it.

I have swapped them over wouterVL ;)

Puttz, try and avoid making the bottom road, and those heading into the bottom left, so square as it will undoubtedly lead to a very square section of track. Maybe make the bottom horizontal road bend slightly downwards into the bottom square :2c:

Only to remind you, guys, when I observe all the 90° angles due using strict horizontal and vertical directions (helpful in object placement and drawing), don't forget, similarly easy is also using strict 45° diagonal or 2-2-2-2 diagonal (like in bottom right) for a change. :shhh:
